Pandacar was founded in 1991 by two partners who brought different but complementary experiences to the business. One of the partners had extensive and solid management experience at Mercedes-Benz, one of the world's largest and most prestigious automobile manufacturers. The expertise gained in this position involved not only an understanding of corporate and operational strategies in a large company but also in-depth knowledge of the automotive market, including innovation, quality, and team leadership.
The second partner brought vast experience in the car rental (Rent a Car) sector, a dynamic and competitive industry. He had a deep understanding of the logistical operations involved in vehicle rental, as well as customer needs and the daily challenges of this field, such as fleet management, maintenance, customer service, and adapting to seasonal demand fluctuations.
The fusion of these two areas of expertise—the structured and robust management of an automotive giant and the practical knowledge of the car rental sector—allowed Pandacar to position itself as an innovative company capable of offering tailored solutions for both the corporate market and individual consumers.
